As a health and wellness coach, I lean towards calisthenics exercises designed to correct muscular imbalance from everyday life, work, poor posture, cellphone usage, driving and other repetitive motions. 

Muscular imbalance is caused by specific muscles within a joint being stronger and thus pulling harder then others. This creates misalignment and can increase the risk of injuries. Additionally, I focus on corrective exercises along with stretching techniques with resistance bands which helps reduce and prevent this injuries, all preventative work to help you live a happy and healthy life.
